How Are We Loving?
Dear Friends,
The principle of loving God and loving your neighbor was a major theme in the life and times of Jesus Christ, when he lived over 2000 years ago.  In many Christian circles today, and for many years, this principle of loving God and others is central to what we are all about as believers in Jesus Christ.  Many people say that they love God.  Many say that they belong to a certain church or group.  Many people say they have Christian values, but they don’t live it out in a practical way by how they treat other people.  The Bible, in Matthew 22:37, tells us to, “ Love the Lord God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.† It also says to “Love your neighbor as yourself.† These are some very deep words that we need to think about and live out daily.  My love for others is connected to really loving God.  Be blessed as you live out this principle.
