Communion
Each first Sunday of the month, churches around the world celebrate Holy Communion. It is the time of the month when we pay close attention and give honor to Jesus Christ because of His death on the cross for the sins of the world. Imagine, when Jesus died on the cross and experienced one of the most barbaric and torture-filled deaths, He did it on behalf of the people of the whole world. This kind of supreme love cannot be compared with anyone else for all time. Jesus stands alone as the supreme lover of the world.
I Corinthians 11:24and 25 explains this love in more detail. Meditate on it when you get some extra time and realize just how He really cares for you. When you do this and participate in this act, you will have true communion with Jesus Christ.
