Words of Life: Thanksgiving – Nov 16 2016

  • by

Words of Life for this week are:
“Thanksgiving”
Psalms 100:4 says, “Enter His gates with Thanksgiving and His courts with praise; give thanks to Him and praise His name” Why would someone want to give praise to God. This chapter in the Bible makes it clear that God created us and made us. It also says that we belong to Him. Since we belong to Him, then we need to do what the manufacturer of our bodies designed us for, “Praise”. When we praise God and have a thankful heart towards Him, He delights in us. God loves us so much that He sings over us. Let the words of Zephaniah 3:17 comfort and excite you as you enter into this Thanksgiving season, “The Lord your God is with you, the Mighty Warrior who saves, He will take great delight in you, in His love He will no longer rebuke you, but will rejoice over you with singing”
God bless you,
