Words of Life for this week are:“Unityâ€
What does it take for people to walk in unity? Does it take a good cause? Does it take like-minded people of the same political affiliation? I don’t think so. True unity comes from the Holy Spirit. It is something that God downloads into our hearts that will enable us to get along with others. Getting along doesn’t mean that we will always agree with each other. What it does mean is that even when we disagree, we still can love and respect each other because of the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit helps us to take a deep breath and just chill and listen to his calm voice of reason. I would suggest that we will have more unity as each of us spends time in prayer and allow the Holy Spirit to guide us during the day in our conversations. Look before you leap and listen before you speak. If you do, you will see more unity in the body of Christ.
God bless you,
