Words of Life for this week are:“Catastrophesâ€
I again, am addressing a pressing situation that seems to be very prevalent in our world. There are many different storms that are hitting the US and other nations of the world. There are problems galore. We have natural disasters including earthquakes, floods, fires, and people problems. People are hating on each other and killing each other. Our world is in turmoil. These times were foretold in the Bible. Matthew 24:7 says, “Nation will rise up against nation, kingdom against kingdom. There will be famines and earthquakes in various places.†Right in the middle of these occurrences, we can have an active hope that gives us something to live for. Our hope is in Christ Jesus, the Rock. He is the one we can rely on, and stand on, in these perilous times. My heart goes out to everyone that is suffering at this time. They are in my prayers. I will be contributing to organizations that are bringing needed aid and resources. Please comfort someone during this storm. Bring hope through Christ to someone that is stressing out over this situation. Do your part in being a part of the solution to someone’s bad situation through the leading of the Holy Spirit.
