Thanksgiving
Have you noticed that each year our society moves quickly and sometimes passes by the season of Thanksgiving? I’ve seen some stores’ Christmas decorations displayed in the beginning of November. This is a very important season. Psalms 95:1-3 says, “O come let us sing for joy to the Lord: Let us shout joyfully to the Rock of our salvation. Let us come before His presence with thanksgiving.” The word thanksgiving means to give praise. It means to worship God and praise him for his mighty wonders. The word thanksgiving also means to bring an offering. Let’s give God our sincere praise during this Thanksgiving season. Let’s bring an offering to him of our time, resources and money. Let’s focus on what God has done and thank him for HE IS GOOD!
