PREPARE FOR THE RETURN OF CHRIST!
As we move into the Christmas season, many of you have decided to decorate both inside and outside of your houses. Some will have trees with ornaments inside and lights covering the exterior of your homes. In order to do this, you’ll need a plan of attack. You’ll need to set aside a day for your work, get your Christmas decorations from the garage or your closet, then hang and place everything accordingly. When you invite your family and friends over for a visit, you’ll have a sense of accomplishment that you are prepared when they come.
We also need a plan to prepare ourselves for the coming of the Lord Jesus Christ to earth. He is coming back, and we must do certain things so that when He arrives, we will be ready. The most important part of that preparation is to allow Him entrance into our hearts and minds. We must ask Him to forgive us of our sins and welcome Him to be Lord of our lives. Have you truly asked Jesus to be the ultimate leader of your life? Do you ask Him to lead you in your everyday choices, or do you make your own decisions and do what you think is best? Allowing Jesus entrance into our hearts and doing good works for Him is a good way to prepare for the 2nd Coming of the Lord Jesus Christ to earth. Get ready, He will soon return!
